U1D GFX provides graphics modification packages ("Graphics Packs") for Grand Theft Auto V. Our products are provided through membership tiers on Patreon and include various graphics enhancements and modifications.

All content, features, and functionality of U1D GFX products are owned by U1D GFX LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• All graphics packs, textures, presets, and configurations are proprietary works
• The U1D GFX name, logo, and branding are trademarks of U1D GFX LLC
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only
• This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, U1D GFX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install purchased products on your personal computer(s)
• Use purchased products for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Create content (videos, screenshots) featuring our products with attribution

Access to U1D GFX products is provided through Patreon membership tiers. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees as listed on our Patreon page
• Understand that payments are processed and managed by Patreon
• Review Patreon's terms of service and refund policies

Refunds

Refund requests are subject to Patreon's policies. Generally, we do not offer refunds for digital products once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team before requesting a refund.

When using our services and community platforms, you agree to:

• Treat other members and staff with respect
• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
• Not spam, advertise, or promote other products without permission
• Follow all Discord community guidelines and rules
• Report any violations or security concerns to our team

OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

• We do not guarantee compatibility with all systems or game versions
• Performance results may vary based on your hardware configuration
• We are not responsible for any game updates that may affect compatibility

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, U1D GFX LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our products and services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms, especially anti-piracy provisions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abusive behavior toward staff or community members
• Chargebacks or payment disputes

Upon termination, your license to use our products is immediately revoked, and you must delete all copies of our products in your possession.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe any content infringes your copyright, please contact us with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
